I have paid for the order. When will I get the money?

You probably have got them! The exchange is performed automatically right after the response of the payment system. In extraordinary cases, delays may be connected with inaccessibility of payment systems sites.



After opening the payment system site I accidentally closed the browser window.

Use the link which was sent to your e-mail. You will see the status of your order and pay for it if necessary.



Can I send you the money for exchange from my account manually?

No, you can't! You should fill in an application form on our site. After this, you will be automatically redirected to the payment system site for payment. Only in this case the exchange will be recognized by the system and completed.

Why I cannot exchange $100,000?

Exchange is possible only if we have the reserve of the currency you need. Try again later, reserves are quickly replenished.



There is sufficient reserve for exchange, but I still cannot exchange $55,000 of e-gold.

Limitations on the accepted sum may be imposed on certain e-currencies. The maximum sum of exchange is always stated when the application form is executed.



Are you an official e-currency exchange service?
